Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options for our customers: Standard Delivery & Remote Areas Delivery.
Standard Delivery
We offer free Standard Delivery for all orders on our store. The estimated shipping time is between 1-3, 4-6, or 7-9 calendar days, depending on your shipping address.
Remote Areas Delivery
For delivery to remote areas, we charge an additional shipping fee. The final shipping fee will be confirmed based on your order address.
Carriers We Use
We use a variety of carriers to ensure that your package is delivered safely and efficiently. We'll select a carrier based on your address to provide you with the best possible service.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, we will promptly send you a shipment confirmation email that contains all the necessary information, including a tracking link that enables you to track your package online. Kindly note that it may take up to one or two business days for the tracking number to become available.
Order Tracking in Your Account:
In addition to the email updates, you can also track your order directly from your account. Simply log in to your account and click on the “Order History” section to view the status of your order.
Remote Area Shipping Policy:
Please note that there are some remote areas where delivery may be difficult. We have compiled a list of such areas, and we reserve the right to charge extra shipping fees or decline orders from these regions.
